Your power of revocation
The following power of revocation is no longer valid if you open or damage the sealed packaging of the record (taking off the seal).
If you retract within 2 weeks after receiving the product you are not attached to your order anymore. The retract does not need to contain reasons but has to occur written on a lasting data medium or by return of product. To keep to the time-limit returning to Revolver Promotion, Görlitzer Str. 52, 10997 Berlin, Germany, in time is enough.
In case of revocation we will refund eventually paied payments after receiving the product. You are obliged to send back the product at our own risk if you haven´t done this together with the letter of revocation yet. If the value of the ordered and returned product doesn´t go beyond 40 euros you have to pay the return.

Indications concerning return:
1. Revolver Promotion is justifiable to assert a claim for damages if the returned product is used or damaged (§ 361a II BGB).
2. Please stamp the return according with the regulations. Please note: we refuse delivery if the return is unstamped. There are no circumstances in which we pay for unregular return, such as courier return or other return which goes beyond post services shipping charges. Packs or sets can only be returned completely.
If necessary there will be a credit entry about the payment made on your account or PayPal Account.
