1. validity
Following general terms and conditions of business apply to the acquisition of goods out of our Revolver Online Shop.
2. realization of agreement
The agreement is not realized until money receivable on our firmaccount or PayPal Account. With your order you make us a binding offer to enter in agreement with you. You are carrying out the order by entering all data during the ordering process and finally sending us the order form by pressing the button "send the order". By sending the goods to you we accept your offer (your order) to enter in agreement with you. By ordering in our online shop an agreement is realized with:

3. saving of wording of the agreement
We save your order and the order data you entered. If you wish a printed version of your order, you have the possibility to print a confirmation of order. After going through the ordering process with the closing step 4 and pressing the button "sending the order" you receive the advice "Thank You! We received your order!". Here you have the possibility to print the order with all entered data. If you have entered your email addres you will receive a confirmation of ordering with all entered data by email.
4. prices and payment
The mentioned prices are gross prices, including each valid legal VAT. You can settle the balance due by using PayPal or prepayment. Prepayment can take place by pretransfer to one of our firmaccounts.
5. shipping charges
Germany:
a) Buttons: 1,--EUR
b) 1-2 CD´s, 1 T-Shirt: 2,50
c) 2 T-Shirts: 3,-- EUR
d) 1-2 Vinyl: 7,-- EUR
e) on equiry we also send the goods insured; costs generaly 8,--EUR

7. Saving of data
According to § 28 of the german Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA) we point out that the, for business processing necessary data are used and saved by means of a computer system according to § 33 (FDPA). Of course particulars are treated confidentialy.
8. final regulations
Voidness of particular conditions is not touching the validity of the remaining ones. The void regulation has to be replaced with one that realizes the followed economic purpose as far as possible.
